About Restoration Impact Group
Restoration Impact Group, LLC (RIG) is a community-centered consulting firm dedicated to empowering homeowners, nonprofits, churches, and small businesses through strategic project management and high-impact rehabilitation planning. Founded on the belief that every community deserves dignity, RIG combines legal-grade documentation, contractor-ready scopes, and strategic advocacy to help clients unlock the full value of federal, state, and local incentives—including historic tax credits, energy rebates, weatherization programs, lead hazard mitigation, and community development funding.
RIG is currently developing a scalable model designed to impact 50 to 200 homes in its first phase, proving how coordinated incentives, strong planning, and community partnerships can transform neighborhoods. Beyond rehabilitation projects, RIG supports mission-driven organizations through grant consulting, capacity building, and strategic planning.
